ISTD Members using the online shop for the first time
If you are a current ISTD member and you are using the online shop for the first time, please click on "Lost password" at the top right in the Login / Register section.
Please enter your email address when prompted and hit "Submit".
You will then receive an email with a temporary password that will allow you to log in, check your contact details, make your purchase (with your 5% members discount), and reset your password for the future.
ISTD Members who are making a repeat purchase
Simply login at the top right with your email address and password to make another purchase in the future. You will also be able to amend your contact details and view your order history.
Non-members may also register to ensure that their contact details are retained for any future purchases.
You can pay online using Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo & Electron. Our online shop uses secure payment systems and the ISTD does not store your credit card details. Please follow the onscreen instructions carefully when making a payment.

Payment is due before shipment.
Please note that all items for sale in the ISTD shop already include VAT. Prices shown are inclusive of 20% VAT for UK and EU customers.
While we try to hold stock of each item listed on our website, unfortunately unexpected demand or syllabus updates can sometimes result in out of stock situations. If an item is out of stock, we will acknowledge your order and advise you of an expected despatch date.
We aim to despatch all items within 24 hours of receipt.
Prices as listed include postage, packing and VAT for UK deliveries. Any additional postage charges for delivery to the EU and Rest of the World will be clearly indicated at the time of ordering.
Most UK orders up to 2kg are posted free using 1st class packet post.
For larger parcels, couriers are used and overseas orders are sent by airmail or courier.
Special Delivery Instructions
If you add special delivery instructions to, for example, 'leave parcel in porch if not in', we cannot provide you with a proof of delivery, should the parcel go missing. We will, however, provide a proof of shipping, if requested. You are responsible for any losses suffered as a result of a parcel being left in a location at your specific request.
Refunds or replacements will only be given on faulty or unopened items, if returned to the ISTD within 28 days of the date placing your order.
